【2024. 6. 28】プロジェクト関係者らがマレーシアの高齢者ケア活動現場を訪問しました！/ Project Members' Joint Team Visited Community-based Elderly Care Sites in Malaysia
6月25日から28日まで、当プロジェクトに参画するタマサート大学、ブンイトー市、NGO野毛坂グローカルによる予算を基にした共同チームが、マレーシアの高齢者ケア活動現場を訪問しました。 6月27日には、マレーシア国民大学(UKM)、州政府代表、自治体、市民団体、NGO、医師が参加するワークショップが実施され、タイ・マレーシア相互の高齢者ケアの状況の共有や今後の協力の在り方について意見交換がなされました。オブザーバーとして、中国からの大学院生やJICAマレーシア事務所のスタッフにも参加いただきました。 また、Bandar Baru Bangi Town の Cempaka Lake 近隣のコミュニティでは、がんサバイバーの気功クラブ活動や体操グループ活動を体験させていただき、コミュニティ高齢者入居施設の訪問や、マレーシア自立生活センター（MILAD）、JICAマレーシア事務所の訪問も行いました。 From 25-28 June, a joint team from Thammasat University, Bueng Yitho Municipality, and NGO NOGEZAKA-GLOCAL, as collaborating members of this SMART & STRONG project, visited community-based elderly care activity sites in Malaysia. On 27 June, a workshop was held with the participation of The National University of Malaysia (Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia: UKM), state government representatives, local authorities, civil society organizations/NGOs, and doctors in Malaysia. 【2024. 6. 23】神奈川県湯河原町にて、内藤喜文氏が町長に就任されました！/ Mr. Yoshihumi Naito was inaugurated as the new mayor of Yugawara Town, Kanagawa Prefecture
2024年6月23日、神奈川県湯河原町の新市長に、内藤喜文氏が就任されました。 内藤町長には、これまで湯河原町の参事として、プロジェクトの現場であるタイの自治体にも複数回訪問をいただいております。 On June 23rd, 2024, Mr. Yoshifumi Naito was inaugurated as the new mayor of Yugawara Town, Kanagawa Prefecture. Mayor Mr. Naito, a former senior director of Yugawara Town, has visited Thailand's project sites and local municipalities.
【2024. 6. 18】「高齢者デイケアセンター運営＆ケアマネジメント」セミナーを実施しました！/ Seminar on the Day Care Center Management and Care Management with knowledge sharing from Thailand & Japan
タイでは地方分権化のなか、高齢者ケア分野は地方自治体の主管となっています。地域の力を最大限に活かすことで、生活の質向上と財政負担軽減をはかることをめざし、様々な取り組みを行っています。 今回はパトムタニ県ブンイトー市の会場とオンライン配信にて、タイの自治体職員を主な対象とし、「ケアマネジメント」と「デイケアセンター運営」について、日本での事例や経験も紹介しながらタイの状況と学び合うためのセミナーを実施しました。会場に20名、そしてオンラインで40名の参加がありました。 日本からは、高齢者ケア・介護事業に係るコンサルティングなどを行う長谷川佳和さん（オフィス長谷川代表他）と、ディケアセンター運営や健康増進活動推進を行う露木昭彰さん（足柄リハビリテーションサービス代表取締役他）に講師としてお話いただきました。 また、タイにおける高齢者福祉の第一人者のおひとりのワナラック准教授（タマサート大学社会福祉学部）に講義いただきました。 質疑応答の時間も、参加者から「デイケアセンターの広報方法」や「来たがらない高齢者にどうアプローチするか」などの質問がなされ、双方向に交流のある充実したセミナーの機会となりました。 また、日タイ通訳を堀内佳美さんに行って頂きました。 In Thailand, with the promotion of decentralization, the elderly care sector has become the main responsibility of local authorities. Various initiatives have been implemented to improve the quality of life and reduce the financial burden by utilizing the potential and resources of community-based care rooted in each local context. 【2024. 6. 15】ブンイトー市「高齢者フェスティバル2024」参加者1500名で開催されました！/ Bueng Yitho Municipality hosted "Festiwow 2024" with 1,500 participants
6月15日、パトムタニ県ブンイトー市は、同市内のアリーナを会場に、合計約1500名の参加で「高齢者フェスティバル2024」を開催しました。このイベントは、高齢者に関する啓発やファンドレイジング、住民の参加促進を目的に行われました。 市長をはじめとするブンイトー市幹部・職員に加え、多くの住民が会場へ足を運び、身体を動かすダンスなどのアクティビティや、音楽のパフォーマンスに参加しました。 また、タイ国観光・スポーツ省大臣、パトムタニ県知事、JICAタイ事務所 鈴木和哉所長などに来賓としてお越しいただき、ご挨拶もいただきました。 下記ブンイトー市の公式Facebookページより、イベントをライブ中継した様子もご覧いただけます。 パート１ / パート２ / パート3 On June 15, Bueng Yitho Municipality, Pathum Thani province, hosted a large event, "Festiwow 2024," with a total of around 1,500 participants.
