【2025. 4. 29】タイ生命科学研究所および医療保障機構幹部らの訪日にあたり、当事業の日タイ連携や革新性を紹介しました！/ SMART & STRONG Project's Collaboration & Innovation introduced to the Executives of TCELS/NHSO from Thailand

4月29日、タイ政府の研究・意思決定機関として保健医療福祉の政策やイノベーションを担う、タイ生命科学研究所（TCELS）および医療保障機構（NHSO）の理事長・幹部へ、当SMART & STRONG プロジェクトの概要や日タイ連携、マネジメント手法の革新性についてご紹介し、意見交換をさせていただきました。（於：JICA市ヶ谷　大会議室） The SMART & STRONG Project gained an opportunity to present our innovative approaches to population ageing and community-based integrated care through the Japan-Thailand network, to the delegates of executives from Thailand Center of Excellence for Life Science (TCELS) and National Health Security Office (NHSO) on 29 April (at JICA Global Plaza). TCELSは、タイにおける生命科学技術の研究とイノベーション促進を牽引し、政策に大きな影響力を持つ機関です。また、NHSOはタイにおける医療保障制度のマネジメント（保健医療サービスの質の維持・向上に係る政策実施）を担い、今後の政策の方向性にも権限を持つ機関です。 TCELS理事長Prof. Dr. Prasit Watanapa（元マヒドン大学シリラート医学部長）やNHSO事務局長Dr. Jadej Thammatachareeをはじめとする幹部の訪日にあたり、日タイで高齢化への取組を共創する当事業のイノベーションに着目いただき、今回の意見交換の場が実現しました。 This invaluable occasion was realized since this project's innovation, co-creating community-based integrated elderly care across municipalities, thankfully gained attention from Prof. Dr. Prasit Watanapa, TCELS Chairman of the Board, Dr. Jadej Thammatacharee, NHSO Secretary General, and other senior officials. 冒頭、三好友良学術振興会特別研究員から、日タイの人口高齢化と社会保障・保健医療政策の動向、当SMART & STRONGプロジェクトの概要についてご説明いただきました。続いて、沖浦文彦大阪経済大学教授よりプログラム/プロジェクトマネジメントやCommunity of Practice（CoP）の観点から、当事業の革新性を分析・解説いただきました。 At the outset, Mr. […]
