The presentation focused on the project’s experiences in developing community-based health and care systems for older people.

In particular, the presenters shared concrete examples of initiatives in Bueng Yitho Municipality, Pathum Thani Province, where local government, health and medical professionals, community organizations, residents, and other local stakeholders work together to support older people in maintaining healthy and active lives within their communities.
