【2022. 11. 25】ブンイトー市での認知症カフェを実施しました！/ Dementia Cafe at Bueng Yitho Municipality
11月25日に、パトムタニ県ブンイトー市での認知症カフェ第６回目が開催されました。 日本では、認知症であろうとなかろうと、家族や地域住民を含む「誰もが」集える場所として様々な地域へ広がっている認知症カフェ。ブンイトー市は、日本での取り組み事例を参考にしながら、タイのなかではじめて認知症カフェの実施に取り組み、これまで回数を重ねてきました。 今回は、本プロジェクトのネットワーク自治体に参加するラヨン県タップマー市のスタッフも見学しました。来年１月には、ブンイトー市以外の地域での認知症カフェ開催を予定しています。 このように、タイの自治体間での学びあいと、それを基にした実践が広がっていきます。 On November 26th, the 6th Dementia Cafe (named STRONG CAFE) was held at Bueng Yitho Municipality, Pathum Thani Province, Thailand. In Japan, dementia cafe functions as a community where everyone, regardless people have dementia or not, can join and share their experiences and thoughts. The initiative at Bueng Yitho Municipality is the first time to hold a dementia cafe in Thailand. This time, staff members from Thap Ma Municipality, Rayong Province, also came to see the sequence of dementia cafes in Bueng Yitho municipality. 【2022. 11. 24】『地域に根差した認知症セミナー』を実施しました！/ "Community-based Dementia Seminar" connecting Japan & Thailand
タイ国パトムタニ県ブンイトー市医療・リハビリテーションセンターとオンライン（Zoom）にて、日本とタイを繋いだ「地域に根差した認知症セミナー」を開催いたしました！ 「認知症カフェ」をはじめとする、日本の地域に根差した認知症ケアの背景や事例を、タイの自治体職員の皆さんへ共有しました。 現地では、本プロジェクトのネットワーク自治体に参加されているブンイトー市、タップマー市の医療福祉関係職員の皆さんを中心に、約40名の方が集まりました。 また、タイ各地から約35か所、日本からもオブサーバーの方が、オンラインにて参加されました。 - - - 詳細内容 - - - ・湯河原町の認知症の状況概況 ・認知症カフェと認知症デイケアセンター ・特別養護老人ホームにおける認知症者配慮 ・日本の認知症ケアのポイントと認知症カフェ など - - - - - - - - - - - 今回のセミナーにおける講話と質疑応答を通して、国や地域、所属する機関や団体の枠をとびこえて、相互に学び合える機会が生まれていれば幸いです。そして、それらの学びがそれぞれの現場でどう活かされていくのか、これからが楽しみです。 "Community-based Dementia Seminar" was held by connecting Japan and Thailand via Zoom (online) in the Bueng Yitho Municipality Medical and Rehabilitation Center, Pathum Thani Province, Thailand. 【2022. 8. 22】オープニングセレモニーの開催と協力協定の締結について / Opening Ceremony & Sign on Collaboration Agreement
『タイ国の「自治体ネットワーク」によるコミュニティベース統合型高齢者ケアの普及モデル構築と人材循環プロジェクト（JICA草の根技術協力）』が、2022年8月をもって本格的に始動いたしました。 8月22日には、パトムタニ県ブンイトー市にて、屋外での SMART & STRONG Project（本事業のタイ名）オープニングセレモニーが行われました。 本プロジェクトの背景には、タイでの医療の充実による平均寿命の上昇、少子化、そして急速な高齢化があります。従来、タイでは家族やコミュニティによる高齢者ケアが中心でしたが、最近では社会保障制度を充実させ、少子高齢化対策をすることが重要になってきています。 その一方で、日本では介護保険などの社会保障制度の整備がこれまで行われてきましたが、現在は地域包括支援など、コミュニティのなかでのケアの役割が重要になってきています。 このように、日タイ両国で「コミュニティや地方自治体レベルでの高齢者ケアへの取り組み」が課題になっていることから、本プロジェクトを通して「タイの自治体どうしの学びあい」「日本とタイの学びあい」を後押ししし、コミュニティベース統合型高齢者ケアモデルの普及を進めていきます。 現在、日タイのネットワークには、自治体（タイの９自治体・神奈川県湯河原町）、大学（タイ・日本の各大学）、社会福祉関係の民間事業者、NGO（野毛坂グローカル）、タイ政府機関や国際協力機構（JICA）などが参加しております。 同日、タイの下記の９自治体の首長（パタヤ市のみ副市長）およびタイ・タマサート大学、神奈川県湯河原町、野毛坂グローカルによる協力協定も締結されました。当面は、下記の９自治体によるネットワーク活動を推進していきます。 今後も、多くの機関や団体の協力のもとで、本プロジェクトを進めてまいります。 SMART & STRONGプロジェクトの開始について、アジア経済ニュースでも取り上げていただきました。（記事の閲覧には当該サイトへの登録・ログインが必要となります。） https://www.nna.jp/news/2383261 The SMART & STRONG Project under JICA Partnership Program officially started in August 2022.
