      【プロジェクト関係者の研修連携】 【プロジェクト関係者の研修連携】 文部科学省・神戸大学、そしてJICA関西がそれぞれ実施しているプログラムと連携し、「地域での高齢者ケア」について、神戸を拠点とする関西エリアでの訪日研修が行われました！📖🖋 詳細はこちらから↓ http://smart-strong-project.org/2023/01/29/1-4/ 現在、文部科学省・神戸大学によるキャンパスアジアプログラムを通して、本プロジェクトのタイ側コーディネーター２名が約３ヶ月間の研修に励んでいます。 また、JICA関西の知識共創プログラムでは、本プロジェクトのブンイトー市カウンターパート２名が１０日間の研修に参加しました。 JICA草の根技術協力事業のもと、日本側のマネジメントとしては神奈川県を拠点に実施している本プロジェクトですが、これらの研修プログラムと連携させていただくことで、省庁関係者、大学関係者、そして同じく研修に参加するメキシコからの高齢者福祉関係者などとの情報交換・意見交換をすることができました。 また、JICA関西および社会福祉法人報恩会のご協力のもと、地域包括支援センターや高齢者関連施設を訪問する機会もいただきました。 —— The SMART & STRONG Project is run under JICA Partnership Program, currently based in Kanagawa Prefecture as the management from the Japan side. This time, however, our project could collaborate with the other training programs about community-based elderly care, implemented by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT), Kobe University, and JICA Kansai Center. Under the "CAMPUS Asia Program" by MEXT and Kobe University, two coordinators of our project have come to Japan for about three months to participate in the training program. In addition, through the JICA Kansai Center's "Knowledge Co-Creation Program (KCCP)," two Thai counterparts in our project from Bueng Yitho Municipality came to Japan and participated in the ten days training at Kansai area.       【日本研修を実施しました！】 12月1 【日本研修を実施しました！】 12月13日から約１週間ほど、タイの医療福祉関係者や大学教員に向けて、神奈川県横浜市や湯河原町をフィールドとした日本研修を実施しました。 タイ国パトムタニ県ブンイトー市から医師・看護師・理学療法士・保健福祉士の４名が、タマサート大学から教員・研究者の２名が１週間滞在し、日本の高齢者地域政策やリハビリテーションについて学びました。日本とタイにおける介護保険の仕組みや実践の相違点・課題について考え議論する機会も設けられ、意見が活発に飛び交いました。 研修内容としては、JICA横浜センターでの講義や神奈川県湯河原町長表敬とともに、認知症デイサービス・特別養護老人ホーム・パワーリハビリテーションを行うデイケアセンターの見学や、神奈川県湯河原町の高齢者クラブとの交流など、現場の雰囲気を実際に感じとって学ぶ機会も多数設けられました。 最終評価会では、支援者（介護者）と高齢者の協働的な関係性、技術面だけでなく気持ち面での高齢者ケア活動、神奈川県湯河原町での組織の枠を越えた活動の様子などが印象に残ったという声が、今回研修に参加したタイの皆さんから共有されました。 神奈川県湯河原町では研修の合間に、観光や地域コミュニティ活動への参加が行われたり、研修に関わるタイ側の参加者と日本側の運営スタッフが一軒家の民泊へ一緒に宿泊したりと、有名観光地に限らず、日本のローカルな良さもタイの皆さんに触れていただくことができました。 今後も、日本とタイの両国を舞台とした、地域に根差す高齢者ケアの「学びあい」を後押しする研修を実施していきます。 --- For about a week from December 13, Japan training program had been hold for Thai medical and welfare professionals and university faculty members at Yokohama City and Yugawara Town in Kanagawa Prefecture. Four doctors, nurses, physical therapists, and health workers from Bueng Yitho Municipality, Pathum Thani Province, and two faculty members (researchers) from Thammasat University stayed for about one week to learn about Japanese regional policies and rehabilitation activities for the elderly-care. The participants also had an opportunity to think about and discuss the differences and challenges within the systems or practices of long-term care insurance in Japan and Thailand. Their opinions were actively exchanged. The training included a lecture at the JICA Yokohama Center, a courtesy call on the mayor of Yugawara Town in Kanagawa Prefecture, a visit to a day care center that provides dementia day care services, a special nursing home for the elderly, and power rehabilitation day care center. Participants also communicated with a senior citizens' club in Yugawara Town, Kanagawa Prefecture.       【認知症カフェを実施しました！】 【認知症カフェを実施しました！】 11月25日に、パトムタニ県ブンイトー市での認知症カフェ第6回目が開催されました。 日本では、認知症であろうとなかろうと、家族や地域住民を含む「誰もが」集える場所として様々な地域へ広がっている認知症カフェ。 ブンイトー市は、タイのなかではじめて認知症カフェの実施に取り組み、これまで回数を重ねてきました。 今回は、本プロジェクトのネットワーク自治体に参加するラヨン県タップマー市のスタッフも見学しました。 来年１月には、ブンイトー市以外の地域での認知症カフェ開催を予定しています。 このように、タイの自治体間での学びあいと、それを基にした実践が広がっていきます。 --- On November 26th, the 6th Dementia Cafe (named STRONG CAFE) was held at Bueng Yitho Municipality, Pathum Thani Province, Thailand. In Japan, dementia cafe functions as a community where everyone, regardless people have dementia or not, can join and share their experiences and thoughts. The initiative at Bueng Yitho Municipality is the first time to hold a dementia cafe in Thailand. This time, staff members from Thap Ma Municipality, Rayong Province, also came to see the sequence of dementia cafes in Bueng Yitho municipality. Next time, a dementia cafe will be held in the different municipalities through this networking project.       【地域に根差した認知症セミナー】 【地域に根差した認知症セミナー】 タイ国パトムタニ県ブンイトー市医療・リハビリテーションセンターとオンライン（Zoom）にて、日本とタイを繋いだ「地域に根差した認知症セミナー」を開催いたしました！ 「認知症カフェ」をはじめとする、日本の地域に根差した認知症ケアの背景や事例を、タイの自治体職員の皆さんへ共有しました。 現地では、本プロジェクトのネットワーク自治体に参加されているブンイトー市、タップマー市の医療福祉関係職員の皆さんを中心に、約40名の方が集まりました。 また、タイ各地から約35か所、日本からもオブサーバー参加の方が、オンラインにて参加されました。 - - - 詳細内容 - - - ・湯河原町の認知症の状況概要 ・認知症カフェと認知症デイケアセンター ・特別養護老人ホームにおける認知症者配慮 ・日本の認知症ケアのポイントと認知症カフェ など - - - - - - - - - - - 今回のセミナーにおける講話と質疑応答を通して、国や地域、所属する機関や団体の枠をとびこえて、相互に学び合える機会が生まれていれば幸いです。そして、それらの学びがそれぞれの現場でどう活かされていくのか、これからが楽しみです。 "Community-based Dementia Seminar" was held by connecting Japan and Thailand via Zoom (online) in the Bueng Yitho Municipality Medical and Rehabilitation Center, Pathum Thani Province, Thailand. We shared the background and examples of community-based dementia care in Japan, including "dementia cafes," with officials of local authorities in Thailand. Approximately 40 people gathered at the site, mainly medical and welfare staff from Bueng Yitho Municipality and Thap Ma Municipality, participating in this project's network of local governments.       【プロジェクト開始！】 『日タイの自治体・大学・NGO・民間事業者のネットワークによるコミュニティベース統合型高齢者ケア事業（JICA草の根技術協力）』が、2022年8月をもって本格的に始動いたしました！📢✨ 写真は、8月22日にパトムタニ県ブンイトー市で行われた、SMART & STRONG Project（本事業のタイ名）オープニングセレモニーの様子です🎊 本プロジェクトの背景には、タイでの医療の充実による平均寿命の上昇、少子化、そして急速な高齢化があります。 従来、タイでは家族やコミュニティによる高齢者ケアが中心でしたが、最近では社会保障制度を充実させ、少子高齢化対策をすることが重要になってきています。 その一方で、日本では介護保険などの社会保障制度の整備がこれまで行われてきましたが、現在は地域包括支援など、コミュニティのなかでのケアの役割が重要になってきています。 このように、日タイ両国で「コミュニティや地方自治体レベルでの高齢者ケアへの取り組み」が課題になっていることから、本プロジェクトを通して「タイの自治体どうしの学びあい」「日本とタイの学びあい」を後押しし、コミュニティベース統合型高齢者ケアモデルの普及を進めていきます！ 現在、日タイのネットワークには、自治体（タイの９自治体・神奈川県湯河原町）、大学（タイ・日本の各大学）、社会福祉関係の民間事業者、NGO（野毛坂グローカル）、タイ政府機関や国際協力機構（JICA）などが参加しております。 今後も、多くの機関や団体の協力のもとで、本プロジェクトを進めて参ります！ --- The SMART & STRONG Project under JICA Partnership Program has officially started since August 2022! 📢✨ The photos show the Opening Ceremony of this project held on August 22 in Bueng Yitho Municipality, Pathum Thani Province🎊 The background of this project is the rising average life expectancy, declining birth rate, and rapid aging of the population due to the improvement of medical care in Thailand. Traditionally, the elderly care in Thailand has been provided mainly by families and communities. Recently, however, it has become increasingly important to improve the social security system and take measures to cope with the declining birthrate and aging population. On the other hand, in Japan, social security systems such as the long-term care insurance have been developed so far, but now the role of elderly care within the community, such as the community-based integrated care, is becoming more significant. Based on these contexts, this project promotes the spreading of the community-based integrated elderly care model in Japan and Thailand!! Currently, the Japan-Thailand network includes local authorities, Universities, Private business organizations, NGO (Nogezaka Glocal), Thailand government agencies, and the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
