2024年5月5日の夜、湯河原町の町長、冨田幸宏氏がお亡くなりになりました。

冨田幸宏氏は当プロジェクトの中心人物であり、その功績は大きなものでした。

我々全員が彼を失ったことで深い悲しみに暮れています。

On the evening of May 5th, 2024, Mr. Yukihiro Tomita, a mayor of Yugawara Town, passed away.

Mr. Yukihiro Tomita was a key person in this SMART & STRONG Project, and we have been grateful for his significant achievements in leading Yuagawara Town as a management organization of this JICA Partnership Program.

We are all deeply saddened by his loss.

We would like to express our deepest condolences.
