【2023. 6. 25】日本の高齢者社会保障に関する講習会が開かれました！/ Lecture Session about Japanese Social Security Systems for Elderlies

6月25日（日）に、タイの自治体職員をはじめ研究者や中央省庁幹部などを対象に、「日本の高齢者社会保障の概要」に関する講習会がオンラインで実施されました。100名近くの参加があり、日本からもオブザーバー参加がありました。

タマサート大学ナタパット助教授の司会により開始され、タイ側としてタマサート大学社会福祉学部アチャラー学部長、日本側として野毛坂グローカルの奥井利幸さんの挨拶の後、三菱UFJリサーチ＆コンサルティング主席研究員／共生・社会政策部長の岩名礼介氏により、日本の介護保険制度に焦点を当てた講義が行われました。

日本の高齢者社会保障制度の概要のみならず、現在の課題や将来の展望などを、実際の高齢者向け施設内の写真やサービスに対する金額表など具体的な情報を提示しながら、分かりやすくご説明いただきました。

参加者からは、講義中もたびたび質問がなされ、講義後には「いままで日本の高齢者福祉制度の説明を聞いたり読んだりしたが、いまいちよくわかっていなかった。しかし、今日はよくわかった」「日本の制度、特に課題から学べることがたくさんあった」などとの声が上がりました。

タイ語への逐次通訳は、ご本人も社会保障分野のコンサルタントであるタイ出身のホンサワッディさんにより行われ、とても分かりやすいと好評でした。

On June 25th (Sun.), the lecture session, "Introduction to Japanese Social Security System for Elderlies" was taken place online, targeting the participants from Thailand, such as staff members of local authorities, researchers/faculties, and central government officials. About 100 persons joined this session, and there are also Japanese observer participants.

The session started with taking a chair by Assistant Professor Nattapat from Thammasat University (TU) and greetings from Thai-side, Associate Professor Auschala as the Faculty Dean of Social Administration (TU) and Japan-side, Mr. Okui from NOGEZAKA-GLOCAL (NGO).

Then, a lecture about this session's theme, especially focusing on the Japanese Long-term Care Insurance System, was presented by Mr. Resuke Iwana (General Manager / Principal Research Analyst) from the Social Policy & Inclusion Department of Mitsubishi UFJ Research & Consulting, Ltd.

Not only just the introduction of the contents but also the current issues and future prospects were discussed in the context of the social security system for the elderly in Japan, utilizing visual materials like images of actual elderly-care facilities or the chart concluding each price for using elderly-care services based on its system.

While ongoing the session, participants actively shared the questions they had, and after this lecture, there are comments from participants such as "I had ever read and heard the social security systems of Japan, but it was difficult to understand. This time, I could learn the systems very well." "There are many aspects we can learn from the Japanese social security systems, especially from the actual issues happening."

The consecutive interpretation from Japanese to Thai languages was conducted by Ms. Arphatchanee (Bee) from Thailand, she is also a consultant in the field of Social Security.
