A paper on the theme of the current state and challenges of elderly care in Thailand has been published by Professor Fumio Nagai of the Graduate School of Law at Osaka Metropolitan University, et al. The paper presents a case study to analyze the initiation process of this SMART & STRONG Project and the factors that contributed to the formation of networks among local authorities in a rapidly aging Thai society. *Written in Japanese (Abstract available in English)
