【2025. 7. 4】プロジェクト最終運営会議と日タイ市民ボランティアの学び合いを行いました！/ SMART & STRONG Project Final Management Meeting & Mutual Learning of Community Care Volunteers from Thailand & Japan

7月3日、パトムタニ県ブンイトー市において、SMART＆STRONGプロジェクト（フェーズ１）の最終マネジメント会議／アドバイザー会議／全国普及会議が開催されました。

The final management meeting/advisor meeting/dissemination conference of the SMART & STRONG project (Phase 1) was held on 3 July in Bueng Yitho Municipality, Pathum Thani Province.

タイ側は、学生ボランティアや市民ボランティア約50名およびオンライン出席者を含め、全土から合計約300名が参加しました。

From the Thai side, total 300 participants, including about 50 student & citizen volunteers and online participants, attended the meeting.

日本側は在タイ日本大使館小林洋介一等書記官、作道俊介JICAタイ事務所長、湯河原町内藤喜文町長、大阪経済大学沖浦文彦教授、チュラロンコン大学三好友良客員研究員、湯河原町の介護関係事業者やボランティア、NGO野毛坂グローカル等が出席しました。

From the Japanese side, First Secretary Mr. Yosuke Kobayashi from the Embassy of Japan in Thailand, Chief Representative Mr. Shunsuke Sakudo from JICA Thailand Office, Mayor Mr. Yoshifumi Naito from Yugawara Town, Professor Dr. Fumihiko Okiura from Osaka University of Economics, Visiting Researcher Mr. Yusuke Miyoshi from Chulalongkorn University, Care Providers and Community Volunteers from Yugawara Town, and NGO Nogezaka Glocal.

会議では、３年間の活動の振り返りが報告されたあと、有識者として、沖浦文彦大阪経済大学教授、ナタデットチョムプラン（Nattadech Choomplang）タマサート大学助教授、クワンチットサシウォンサロ（Kwanchit Sasiwongsaroj）マヒドン大学准教授からプロジェクトの評価報告があり、プロジェクトのマネジメント面、保健・福祉・医療の統合面、地域のちからを最大化する取組などに高い評価がなされました。

At the meeting, a review of the three-year activities was presented, followed by project evaluation reports from experts, including Professor Dr. Fumihiko Okiura, Associate Professor Dr. Nattadech Choomplang of Thammasat University, and Associate Professor Dr. Kwanchit Sasiwongsaroj of Mahidol University. Experts gave high marks to the management aspects of the project, the integration of health, welfare, and medical care, and efforts to maximize the capacity and resources of community care.

全国普及会議では、アタシットパンゲオ（Attasit Phankaew）タマサート大学副学長からの基調講演のあと、タイの８自治体による取組共有が行われ、介護事業者の小野貴司さん、鈴木伸一さんからは日本の事例発表がありました。

At the dissemination conference, a keynote speech was given by Dr. Attasit Phankaew, Assistant to the Rector for Special Affairs of Thammasat University, followed by sharing initiatives of eight local authorities in Thailand and Japanese cases presented by care providers Mr. Takashi Ono and Mr. Shinichi Suzuki.

日タイ市民ボランティア交流・学び合い / Interaction & Mutual Learning of Japan-Thailand Community Care Volunteers

7月4日には、日本とタイ、双方のボランティアが相互に活動の紹介を行いました。このプロジェクトでは、政策レベル、実務者レベル、市民レベルすべてのレベルでの「学び合い」を実施しており、今回は市民レベルの学び合いの機会となりました。

On 4 July, community care volunteers from both Japan and Thailand introduced their activities to each other. The project has been conducting “mutual learning” at all levels - policy level, practitioner level, and citizen level - and this was an opportunity for learning together at the citizen level.

タイでは公的な高齢者ケアシステムにボランティアや地域コミュニティなどのインフォーマルなリソースが組み込まれています。日本でもそれを目指していますが、タイほどの活動にいたっていない現状があります。しかし、日本でも地域の力を活かした素晴らしい活動をされているボランティアの方々がたくさんいます。今回は、湯河原町でフレイルサポーターや認知症カフェ運営をされているボランティア3名にお越しいただき、タイのボランティアの方々とお互いの活動紹介や意見交換会を実施しました。

In Thailand, informal resources such as volunteers and local communities are integrated into the public elderly care system. Japan is also aiming to do the same, but the current situation has not reached similar levels as in Thailand. However, many volunteers in Japan are also engaged in excellent activities that utilise the potential and capacities of local communities. This time, three volunteers who run frail supporter trainings and dementia cafés in Yugawara town visited Thailand to introduce their activities and exchange opinions with Thai volunteers.
