当プロジェクトでは、コミュニティで認知症の人と共に生きる「認知症カフェ」を実施しています。
2022年にブンイトー市ではじめて実施され、その後2023年7月にタップマー市、カオプラガムで第1回目が開催されました。
写真は、タップマー市で第4回目の認知症カフェの様子を映しています。郊外のガーデンレストラン(オーナーは村長)を会場に開催中です。これまで２ヶ月に一度の開催でしたが、今回からは毎月開催になります。
SMART & STRONG Project encourages the prevention of Dementia Cafe, the community event to live together with people with Dementia.
Dementia Cafe was implemented for the first time in 2022 at Bueng Yitho Municipality, and its activity was spread into Thap Ma Municipality and Khao Phra Ngam Municipality in July 2023 in each unique way.
The photos show the activity of the 4th Dementia Cafe in Thap Ma municipality, at the venue as a garden restaurant (its owner is the Mayor) in the suburban area. From this October, the number of implementations of Dementia Cafe has increased from one time per two months into one time monthly.
